(Tulsa-AP) -- Oklahomans are buying up the new Harry Potter book-- even before it's out.
Many bookstores have waiting lists to receive the fourth installment of the J-K Rowling's series of Potter books.
Thousands of Tulsans are on the list to receive Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire.
An unprecedented 5.3 million copies will be released on Saturday in the United States and Britain.
Several Tulsa bookstores will be opening at midnight to be among the first to sell the volume.
Harry Potter and his classmates battle evil forces by using witchcraft such as spells, flying brooms and magic wands.
Scott Perry is owner of the Novel Idea bookstores. Perry says its their #1 best seller and they don't have it in yet.
