(Des Moines, Iowa-AP) -- Hanson's new album is apparently a hit-- at least in Des Moines, Iowa.
More than 500 screaming and crying fans waited up to seven hours at a Des Moines mall to hear Tulsa's Hanson brothers perform three of their new songs.
Some fans arrived as early as six a-m yesterday for a chance at the 107 wrist bands that would allow them to meet the band.
"If Only," is the second release off "This Time Around." The song is one of the most requested songs on Iowa radio station K-K-D-M, which sponsored their appearance.
Many of the mostly adolescent female fans carried signs professing their love for the group.
Isaac, Taylor and Zac Hanson became a hit in 1997 with their first album, "Middle of Nowhere," which included the hit "MMM-bop."
