(Kiefer-AP) -- Two former Kiefer policemen today waived their rights to a preliminary hearing in a case here they're accused of taking drugs from a police property room.
Thirty-three-year-old David Palmerchuk and 31-year-old and David Little didn't have any plea bargains on the table when they made the move.
They are accused of using methamphetamine taken from the Kiefer police property room from January First through March 30th.
Little is the former Kiefer police chief. He faces arraignment in district court on July Fifth. He previously pleaded innocent to two counts of embezzlement by an officer.
Palmerchuk, who pleaded innocent to a single count, will be arraigned on June 26th.
Both men have resigned from the force.
