(Wagoner-AP) -- A general contractor from Pocola has won a top bass fishing tournament on Fort Gibson Lake. Sam Newby topped nine of the nation's best pro anglers to win the final Central Division EverStart Batteries Series tournament of the year. He gets $10,000 and an Evinrude or Johnson powered Ranger bass boat.
