A Broken Arrow middle school teacher accused of molesting a student has pleaded no contest to the charges. Cynthia Alexander was back in Tulsa County District Court Thursday. She was charged with 4 counts of lewd molestation. A judge ordered her to stay away from the victim. During Thursday's hearing, Alexander entered a "no contest" plea, a 4th count of lewd molestation was dismissed. She also waived her right to a jury and non-jury trial. The judge set a formal sentencing date for August 2nd. The state is recommending Alexander serve 15 years for each count.
