The city of Muskogee's emergency management director says there is tree damage throughout Muskogee today. Fred Witham says the damage is a result of straight line winds from the storms which rolled through the city earlier this morning. Winds also toppled trees and tombstones at Greenhill Cemetery which is located near York Street and the Shawnee Bypass in Muskogee. City crews have already started cleaning up the debris.
Also there is a report of a barn that was destroyed near Okay by straight line winds. The News on Six has a crew on the scene and we will be updating the story as soon as more information becomes available. The latest information will also be on The News on Six at Noon, 5:00PM and 6:00 PM.
