(Jay-AP) -- Two Grove teen-agers face conspiracy charges for allegedly compiling a "hit list" that included 40 of their classmates.

Delaware County prosecutor Kathy Baker says the 13-year-old boys were charged in juvenile court Tuesday with conspiracy to commit murder.

Baker says prosecutors believe the boys conspired together and compiled the list of people to rape and kill.

She says one of the boys also is charged with grand larceny and the other with knowingly concealing stolen property.
