(Oklahoma City-AP) -- U-S Senator Jim Inhofe says Congress should not normalize trade relations with China.

Inhofe says the behavior of China's dictatorial regime threatens U-S security.

He says the U-S should require some standards of international behavior as a prerequisite to granting normal trade relations.

Inhofe also says he's skeptical about how open China's markets will be to U-S products.

A final vote on the issue is expected tomorrow.
