TULSA, Okla. (AP) -- A Commerce man already sentenced to four consecutive life prison terms for sexually exploiting his former stepdaughter Tuesday got 17 1/2 years of prison time from a federal judge.

Jarrod Sean Thomas Julian, 32, was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Michael Burrage.

Last month, Julian was sentenced in Tulsa County District Court to the four consecutive life terms. He will serve the federal punishment concurrently, Burrage ruled.

Julian pleaded guilty March 13 to three counts of procuring a child for obscene videos, five counts of permitting sexual abuse of a child and four counts of sexually abusing a child.

Those counts alleged that the offenses with the girl, now 17, dated to 1995.

Julian acknowledged writing seized documents that show he first had sexual contact with the girl when she was 4. He indicated that he "loved every second of what we did," that the girl started resisting at age 6, and that "I enjoyed her discomfort and pain."

Julian videotaped the girl having sex with men he met through a "swinger's magazine."

Truman Leon Wolery was also sentenced by Burrage on Tuesday to 10 years in prison on a conspiracy conviction and two counts of participating in the production of the illegal videotapes.

Wolery's attorney Wayne M. Copeland said he does not expect Wolery ever to be free again. That is because he is expected to receive two consecutive life sentences Monday on related Tulsa County charges.

Wolery entered no contest pleas in February to 11 Tulsa County felonies, including allegations of rape, possessing child pornography, lewd molestation and procuring a child for obscene videos.
