(Oklahoma City-AP) -- The Office of State Finance says last month's collections by the General Revenue Fund exceeded original estimates.
Revenue collections totaled 482-point-one million dollars in April.
That's up eight-point-six percent from last year's figures and exceeds the official estimates by four-point-four percent.
The finance office says income taxes yielded 301-point-four million dollars to the fund this fiscal year.
Individual tax returns produced 275-point-one million dollars while corporate returns yielded 26-point-four million.
Sales taxes produced 96-point-one million dollars, gross productions taxes brought in 20-point-nine million and motor vehicle taxes produced 23 million.
