(Tulsa-AP) -- Tulsa Talons coach Jon Norris says he continues to believe in his team.

But he told them they can't keep making critical turnovers and miss opportunities if they expect to make the playoffs.

The Talons made four turnovers in their defeat by Quad City on Saturday. The miscues and mistakes changed momentum of the game which was won 58-to-32 by the Steamwheelers.

And the Talons committed six turnovers in their defeat o fRichmond last Monday.

Norris says he thought Craig Strickland played well enough to win in his first start at quarterback. Strickland completed 23-of-41 passes for 291 yards and five touchdowns.
