(Muskogee-AP) -- The Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Muskogee will be looking for a new director.

Allen Colston has announced he is leaving the position in early May to take a similar job in Alexandria, Louisiana. Colston is originally from Louisiana.

He has been at the 50-bed Muskogee hospital for four years, including the past two as director.

No successor has been named.
