(New York-AP) -- Regis Philbin says he's fine after having more heart surgery during his vacation.

Philbin was back on "Live With Regis and Kathie Lee" Thursday. He revealed that he had chest pains during his vacation and went to the see the doctor. He says tests revealed a small blockage in an artery on his right side.

Philbin says the artery was cleaned out, he spent the night in the hospital and now he's back to normal.

Philbin had a similar procedure on his left side seven years ago.
