(Tulsa-AP) -- Tulsa women's golf coach Dale McNamara just loves the profession. And she got another reminder yesterday of just why as she watched her young team came of age.

The women's golf team has a two-shot lead over Texas Christian going into today's final round of the Western Athletic Conference championship.

Both teams are well ahead of pre-tournament favorite San Jose State.

McNamara says a lot of confidence bloomed in the girls yesterday. She says it was pretty neat to see.
