(Oklahoma City-AP) -- Joe Burton's go-ahead goal late in the second period helped the Oklahoma City Blazers put the Wichita Thunder on ice in the Central Hockey League Western Division semifinals 5-to-3.
The Blazers rallied from a 2-to-0 deficit last night in the Myriad, something that had never been done in the C-H-L in a best-of-five series.
The Blazers will go to the division finals against Indianapolis.
And that's the bad news. Indianapolis blanked the Tulsa Oilers 7-to-0 last night to take their best-of-five series in Indianapolis.
Indianapolis' Chris MacKenzie scored twice and Yvan Corbin contributed one goal and three assists in the win. MacKenzie and Corbin are the C-H-L's co-M-V-Ps.
