CHICKASHA, Okla. (AP) -- A little overdue paperwork prompted a judge to throw out a speeding ticket issued by Amber police.
The Grady County judge ruled earlier this week that the city hadn't provided proof that the ordinance under which the ticket was written was legal.
The city hasn't filed its ordinances with the county clerk's office as required since the 1960s. The ordinances are supposed to be filed every 10 years.
