(Oklahoma City-AP) -- The State Fair Speedway will host a memorial service Wednesday for race car driver Ken Whitehouse.

The 53-year-old Whitehouse died Sunday evening from injuries he suffered in a crash on March 24th at the Speedway.

Whitehouse suffered brain hemorrhaging, crushed vertebrae and a broken back when his super sprint race car flipped at the Speedway.

The burial service will be at Carnegie Cemetery Wednesday.
