OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- A state probation and parole officer is free on bail after being jailed for allegedly attacking his ex-wife's date, who happened to be an FBI agent.
Anthony D. Georgiades, 42, of Edmond, was arrested Sunday on a complaint of assault and battery after police arrived at his ex-wife's house about 1:10 a.m.
The male victim told police he had taken the woman who lives at the house to the movies Saturday night. The woman also is an FBI agent, a police report said.
The male FBI agent said when they returned to the house, he was attacked on the back porch by a man who punched him three times.
The woman said she had been divorced from Georgiades since November 1998.
Georgiades claimed the two had continued to see each other off and on since the divorce.
