(Norman-AP) -- Questions about Oklahoma's offensive line -- and some answers.
O-U offensive coordinator Mark Mangino says he was disappointed Saturday in how the offensive front played in a rain-soaked scrimmage.
The inexperienced line failed to establish the run and quarterbacks would have been sacked several times if scrimmage rules didn't ban it.
Now in hindsight, Magino says line play was better than initially thought.
He also says the Sooners have made strides in practice this week as Mangino looks at players in different positions.
Senior Bubba Burcham has worked at center but is now getting some work at right guard.
Walk-on sophomore Josh Smith is getting reps at center, and left tackle Frank Romero returned after being sidelined with a strained back.
