(St. George, Utah-AP) -- Oklahoma State's tenth-ranked women's golf team leads after the first round of the Utah-Dixie Classic in Saint George, Utah.
The Cowgirls are up on second-place Texas Tech by six strokes, while Texas-El Paso is seven strokes back after yesterday's play.
Junior Maria Boden shot a first-round 67 -- just one stroke off the school record of 66 set by Val Skinner at the 1981 Sooner Invitational.
The tournament concludes today with 27 holes of play scheduled.
