(Oklahoma City-AP) -- Governor Keating announced today the formation of the Oklahoma Science and Technology Advisory Council. The goal of the seven-member panel is researching how Oklahoma could become a national leader in targeted industry opportunities based in science and technology cooperation, development and research.
Keating says he hopes the panel will advance Oklahoma's relationship with the international business sector. He says it's vital that Oklahoma achieve a prominent position in the field of science and technology.
