(Kansas City, Missouri-AP) -- Iowa State's tenth-ranked Cyclones are in the semifinals of the Big 12 women's tournament in Kansas City, Missouri. The Cyclones advanced today by beating Oklahoma State, 93-to-58.

Desiree Francis led top-seeded Iowa State with 18 points. The 23-and-5 Cyclones led 38-to-10 in the first half, after a 19-0 run. It was 43-to-14 at the break.

Lindsey Wilson added 15 points, Megan Taylor 14 and Stacy Freseten for Iowa State. Oklahoma State got 20 points from Jennifer Crow, most of them scored long after the game was decided. Shelby Hutchens scored 14 and Jessica Bates had ten. The Cowgirls end their season at 14-and-16
