(Tulsa-AP) -- A guard for the University of Tulsa women's basketball team has been named the Western Athletic Conference Player of the Week.

Senior Tammy Goyne led Tulsa to a 2-and-0 record last week, averaging 15 points, four-point-five rebounds and five-point-five assists. She hit the winning shot with 35 seconds left in a 75-72 overtime victory over Fresno State.
