TULSA, Okla. (AP) -- A judge has delayed the arraignment of a man ordered to trial in the dismemberment death of a 13-year-old boy. Monday's scheduled arraignment of Wayne Henry Garrison, 40, was postponed so a copy of the transcript from his preliminary hearing could be made.

Arraignment is now expected at an April 26 hearing. Earlier this month, Special District Judge Todd Singer found probable cause to try Garrison in the 1989 death of Justin Wiles.

Parts of the teen's body were found at Lake Bixoma four days after he was last seen getting into Garrison's car. As a juvenile, Garrison admitted killing his 4-year-old cousin and a 3-year-old boy whose body was found under Garrison's mother's home.

Garrison was confined to a mental hospital in the first case and received a four-year prison term for his guilty plea to a manslaughter charge in the second case.

Garrison was arrested on the murder charge in Wiles' death in October as he left a North Carolina prison where he had served a sentence for drugging a boy.
