(Joliet, Illinois-AP) -- A low tire on a van lands a Texas man in jail in Illinois.

Illinois State troopers spotted Jerry Ray Crocker's van swaying to and fro as it went down the highway. They noticed the left rear
tire was low and stopped the van to point out the problem.

When they checked the 52-year-old's driver's license, they found it was suspended and he was taken into custody. Troopers then
searched the van and say they found 331 pounds of marijuana hidden in the roof.

Crocker is charged with possession of marijuana, possession with intent to deliver and with having false or secret compartments in his vehicle. He's being held in Joliet, Illinois.
