(Little Rock, Arkansas-AP) -- It's a combination that's doubly sweet.

The T-C-B-Y yogurt company is being acquired by the same investors' group that owns Mrs. Fields cookies. Capricorn Investors is paying 140 (M) million dollars for T-C-B-Y Enterprises.

T-C-B-Y has about three-thousand locations throughout the United States and the world. A company executive says customers shouldn't
notice many changes from the sale -- aside from the chance to buy cookies and pretzels with their yogurt.

Capricorn says it plans to combine its brands at some locations. The group controls Mrs. Fields' Holdings, which also owns Great
American cookies, as well as the Pretzel Time, Pretzelmaker and Hot Sam Pretzel brands.
