(Chandler-AP) -- A former Lincoln County judge -- having already pleaded no contest to sexually assaulting a 12-year-old girl in 1997 -- is now accused of harassing the girl, who is now 14. Prosecutors are asking to revoke the five-year deferred sentence that 74-year-old Robert Foster got in the case.
Foster was ordered to have no contact with the girl or her family, but prosecutors say Foster has followed and contacted the girl several times throughout the last year. A judge could change Foster's sentence from deferred to suspended or give him jail time. Foster was the Lincoln County judge for 34 years.
