(Undated-AP) -- A man who's been missing from the Okmulgee County Jail for seven months has been caught in Nebraska after allegedly trying to steal a vacuum cleaner there. Timothy Poyner has been on the lam since escaping the jail on June 23rd. But his luck run out when he was booked on a shoplifting complaint by police in Omaha, Nebraska. Authorities say the 22-year-old could be returned to Oklahoma sometime next week.

Poyner escaped the Okmulgee County Jail with arson suspect William LeGrand, who was caught by authorities after making an illegal U-turn in Orange, California. Reports show at least 18 inmates have fled the 80-year-old jail, but a new one is expected to be finished within the next two years.
