(Lubbock, Texas-AP) -- Tonight, Oklahoma State freshman Andre Williams returns to the lineup from a five-game suspension, as the 13th-ranked Cowboys take on Texas Tech in Lubbock, Texas. O-S-U coach Eddie Sutton says he's worried that the time off will have stunted Williams' development as a player.

The suspension stems from an N-C-A-A probe of Williams' A-A-U and prep school experience. Oklahoma State is 5-and-1 in the Big 12 after beating Baylor on Saturday. The Cowboys are 16-and-2 overall. Texas Tech has been struggling. The Red Raiders have yet to win a conference game and are just 9-and-8 overall.
