(Little Rock-AP) -- The chairman of the University of Arkansas Board of Trustees says the Razorback football team should continue to play games in Little Rock. Chairman Frank Oldham said today that he DOES plan to vote next week when the board considers moving some or all of the Little Rock games to the Fayetteville campus. As chairman, Oldham typically does NOT vote on issues. But he says he is making an exception for the stadium vote because it is a significant issues. In recent years, the Razorbacks have played at least three "home" games in Little Rock. But Athletic Director Frank Broyles has said he would prefer all the games in Fayetteville. Oldham says he expects a compromise. He did NOT say how many games he would like to see played in Little Rock. The ten-member board of trustees is to vote February Eleventh on the issue. With Oldham voting, there is the possibility of a tie, which would be the same as a failing vote. A university attorney says a motion must have a majority to pass.
