(Baton Rouge, La.-AP) -- Brian Beshara hit five of seven three-pointers and scored 23 points in 25 minutes of play, and Roland Dupree came off the bench to score 14 points and grab 16 rebounds as L-S-U beat Arkansas 96-75 tonight. L-S-U beat Arkansas for only the second time since the Razorbacks joined the S-E-C in 1992. The victory also assured the Tigers of their first winning season since 1992. The Tigers never trailed and dominated the second half. LSU shot 52 percent from the field -- 54 percent in the second half, made ten of 19 three-point shots, and out rebounded the Razorbacks 52-37.
