A Tulsa doctor admitted today to smoking meth the night before she saw patients.

37-year-old Darla Brummell worked as a resident at Hillcrest Hospital. A hospital spokesperson said Brummell is not at the hospital now.

She admitted smoking meth three times last year and did two surgeries the day after she got high on meth. One of those surgeries was a C-section delivery.

The board suspended her license for 120 days and put her on probabtion for five years. The board also says Brummel will have to get counseling.

Federal agents busted a meth lab at the far South Tulsa home of Brummel and her husband, Steve, last year.

Agents said it was one of the most dangerous kinds of drug labs.

Brummel and her husband were arrested.
