Man pleads guilty in porn case

TULSA, Okla. (AP) -- A second defendant accused in the videotaping of a young girl having sex with middle-aged men has pleaded guilty to federal charges. Truman Leon Wolery, 51, entered his plea Tuesday to a conspiracy charge and two counts of participating in the production of the illegal videotapes. The latter two counts carry minimum sentences of 10 years in prison. Wolery and three other men were indicted last fall.

On Friday, Jarrod Sean Thomas Julian, 32, pleaded guilty to charges related to the taping of sex acts involving his former stepdaughter when she was 12 to 15 years old. After Wolery's plea, jury selection began in the case against the two other men, Wayne Karl Siegel, 36, and Rick Thurston Welch, 46. All four defendants also face state charges.

Wolery, who will be sentenced April 26, said he wanted to apologize "to the victim, my family and this court for my conduct." "I realize that I have a sexual problem and would like treatment for my illness," he said.
