(Jonesboro, Arkansas-AP) -- License plates labeled "D-W-I" have been issued in a dry county in Arkansas, of all places.

The state Department of Motor Vehicles calls it just a coincidence that the plates involved these letters, which usually stand for "Driving While Intoxicated."

So far, only a few people have complained. And only one of them actually turned in his new plate and asked for a different one.

The department usually screens out license plates it deems inappropriate.

But as one administrator explains it --"It's all in the eye of the beholder.
