Steven Thacker appeared before a district judge in Dyersburg, Tennessee, where he was charged this afternoon with the murder of tow truck driver Ray Patterson, believed to be the last of Thacker's three victims.

Authorities believe Thacker began his killing spree with the murder of Laci Hill whose body was found in a cabin east of Chouteau last week.

The suspect fled to Missouri where he is the suspect in the stabbing death of Forest Boyd.

Monday evening, he was charged with murder in the death of Patterson. Prosecutors say Thacker has confessed to the Tennessee murder.

Now, authorities in Missouri and Oklahoma await their turns with him.

Meanwhile, family members and friends of Laci Hill assembled in Ponca City for funeral services Monday afternoon to bid their final farewells to the young woman.
