(Norman-AP) -- University of Oklahoma officials and police continue to work to find out exactly what happened during an out-of-control after party last weekend.
O-U officers called for assistance to clear the O-U Armory. Mentioned on the dispatch tape are three O-U football players -- Michael Thornton, Ontei Jones and Anthony Davis. Oklahoma coach Bob Stoops says he's aware of the incident but to his knowledge no one has been charged with anything. He says any necessary discipline will be handled internally.
An O-U report says police became concerned about the size of a crowd of about eight-hundred people inside the O-U Armory during an after party for the Nupestock Step Show produced by the Kappa Alpha Psi fraternity. A fight broke out on the west side of the armory. The report says police had to use pepper spray to subdue the crowd.
