About 2,000 motorcyclists are expected in Stillwater in June for a statewide Harley-Davidson rally.
The Harley Owners Group corporate board is moving is rally from Fountainhead Lodge in Eufaula to Stillwater after four years.
The rally will be June 15-18 at the expo center.
"We'll be using virtually the whole facility," said city Commissioner Larry Brown.
Christy Morrison, executive director of the Stillwater Chamber of Commerce, attended the 1999 rally in Eufaula and had a trade booth offering visitors' guides and information.
She said hotels are already booking reservations for June.
Brown, who is director of the Land Run Chapter of Harley-Davidson riders, said he hopes the rally will stay in Stillwater for two to three years.
He estimated the rally would have a $1 million impact on the city's economy
