A Colorado prosecutor has acknowledged that "mistakes were made" in the JonBenet Ramsey murder investigation.
But Boulder County District Attorney Alex Hunter is fiercely defending his office and says he's not through searching for the killer of the six-year-old beauty queen.
Hunter also says the girl's parents, John and Patsy Ramsey, are still part of the investigation.
He refused to say why they were not called before a grand jury.
Boulder Police Chief Mark Beckner says the Ramseys remain "under an umbrella of suspicion."
Hunter is facing a barrage of criticism after announcing no charges will be filed following a 13-month grand jury investigation.
