The U-S and North Korea have settled a
dispute that has stalled America's effort to recover the remains of G-I's killed during the Korean War.
The U-S has agreed that the latest remains will be picked up --in North Korea -- by a U-S delegation headed by a civilian.
Previously, remains were turned over to a United Nations Command honor guard in the Demilitarized Zone.
The agreement means American experts will be able to resume their recovery and repatriation efforts in North Korea later this
month. They've been on hold since June.
The remains of four American G-I's will be handed over in North Korea's capital, Pyongyang. They'll be flown to Hawaii for positive identification.
