The word is out. The Clintons are house-hunting in New York today.

The White House says the first couple is touring Westchester County, just outside of New York City. They interrupted a weekend
stay at Camp David to make the trip.

The Clintons are using a small Air Force jet, instead of the Boeing 747 that usually serves as Air Force One. The White House had said earlier that a handful of reporters were invited to go along.

Hillary Rodham Clinton looked at a seven-bedroom colonial in Edgemont last week. Officials aren't saying whether the Clintons
will look at that home today.

The first lady is contemplating a run for the Senate in New York and must move to New York by Election Day 2000 to be eligible.
