Houston businessman Bob McNair has little left to do but wait.
He's trying to tempt the National Football League back to Houston.
To that end, he's raised $195 million in public money. He wants to use the money for a football stadium.
He may get his wish...but only if Los Angeles can't figure out a way to build a stadium. Los Angeles is the NFL's first choice, but they've got a September 15 deadline.
McNair says he's trying to stay calm. He says September is far away, and it's too soon to tell what could happen.
And if he doesn't get his way with the NFL, McNair says he'll try to attract another franchise.
