OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) _ The fourth person charged in a fatal shooting in December at the Quail Springs Mall parking lot was arrested in Maryland.

Baltimore County police took Corey M. Spotwood, 23, of Oklahoma City into custody Thursday on first-degree murder and conspiracy to distribute drugs warrants out of Oklahoma County District Court, Oklahoma City police Capt. Jeffrey Becker said.

Oklahoma County prosecutors filed additional charges against Spotwood on Friday, accusing him of the Feb. 13 robbery of an Oklahoma City hotel.

According to court records, the defendant jumped the hotel's front counter and emptied the register of $472.

In the mall shooting case, Spotwood is one of four defendants accused of the Dec. 19 killing of Mackie Williams III, 28.

The other defendants, Jesse Hopkins III, 24, Lakishia C. Rhone, 24, and Spotwood's brother, Rashawn, 18, all of Oklahoma City, have been arrested and charged.

Hopkins also is charged with shooting with the intent to kill Robert Wilkins, 34, who was injured.
