Four Lincoln County jailers have found themselves on the other side of the law.

Two female jailers are charged with second degree rape, for having sex with inmates. Two other female jailers are charged with conspiracy to distribute drugs.

Authorities say even consensual sex between a jailer and prisoner is rape by legal standards.

As for the drugs, prosecutors say the women picked up a pound of marijuana wrapped like a Christmas present, then delivered half to two inmates in December.
