Tulsa homicide detectives are outraged that Curtis Jones is no longer facing a murder trial.

Prosecutors had to drop their case after they'd already selected a jury because key witnesses refused to cooperate.

One detective called Jones "public enemy number 1" and says he hopes the case can be re-filed since the witnesses already gave sworn testimony before a grand jury.
