There are new developments in the case of a Tulsa mother accused of filing a false Amber Alert.

A Tulsa County District Court judge sentenced Lisa Miller to spend 30 days in the Tulsa County jail.

Prosecutors said Miller lied to Tulsa Police back in October, when she said her son was inside her van that was stolen from a north Tulsa Albertsonâ€™s, just to have the van recovered faster.
