Random gun fire sends one Tulsa man to the hospital Friday afternoon. It happened in downtown Tulsa in the middle of the day.

Tulsa Police say two cars were driving down the street shooting at each other near Cheyenne and Admiral. A 21-year-old man on the street was hit in the stomach.

Police aren't sure whether he was a target or just an innocent bystander. He's in the hospital in serious condition.
