TULSA, Okla. (AP) -- A multi-county grand jury indictment unsealed Tuesday in Tulsa County District Court accused a man of cashing fake state vouchers at several stores.

The indictment names Aaron Orlando Cooper on one count of conspiracy to commit forgery in the second degree.

Attorney General Drew Edmondson said phony Department of Corrections vouchers were cashed at 11 stores in Ada, Tulsa, Stillwater, Poteau, Muskogee and Sallisaw.

The vouchers ranged in value from $236 to $621 and were used in such stores as Wal-Mart, Albertson's and Homeland between August and July 2002.
