The search is over and a Mayes County suspect has been questioned in a double shooting.
The shooting happened Sunday at a dairy farm near Adair in Mayes County. 21-year-old
Juan Javier Martinez was questioned by the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation Monday evening in Tulsa. The OSBI says Martinez was not detained and information from that interview will be turned over to the Mayes County DA's office.
Authorities say Martinez fatally shot 22-year-old Andres Cruz and seriously wounded his brother Jose at a dairy farm near Adair. The shooting apparently stemmed from a dispute over a pickup truck accident.
At last check, Jose Cruz was in critical condition at a Tulsa hospital. Authorities are still looking for the gun used in the shooting.
