There are some new faces in the Tulsa mayor's office.

Monday, Mayor Bill LaFortune announced the newest members of his management team. They include Clay Bird, Fire Chief Allan LaCroix, Mike Kier and Tulsa City Councilor Sam Roop. Roop was one of several city councilors who butted heads with a number of city and business leaders, but he eventually distanced himself from the 'gang of five'.

Mayor LaFortune says to move ahead, Tulsa needs to put an end to negative thinking. â€œWe've to work together; idea has got to go away for the best interest of Tulsa."

Clay Bird was named Chief of Staff, Roop was named Chief Administrative Officer, LaCroix was named Chief Operations Officer and Kier is Chief Financial officer and Finance Director.
