Vandals who hit a Tulsa restaurant early Saturday morning were caught on tape.

The owner of the "Italian Garden" near Admiral and Sheridan showed up Saturday morning to find more than a dozen windows busted out of his restaurant and several neon signs destroyed.

What the vandals probably didnâ€™t know? A surveillance camera was watching their every move. A car pulled up at least two people got out and started smashing out windows.

"Its awful for the small businessman to stay in business when you have to come in and find your place all the windows been busted."

The owner says this is the third time the restaurant has been hit in three months.
